1. DC/DC (direct current/direct current converter)

PDU generally includes components such as circuit breakers, contactors, fuses, relays, etc., used for overload protection, short circuit protection, and power distribution.The design of PDU needs to consider factors such as electrical performance, thermal management, mechanical structure, and safety.
In new energy vehicles, DC/DC converters and PDUs work together to ensure that the vehicle's electrical system can operate efficiently and safely. DC/DC converters are responsible for voltage conversion, while PDUs are responsible for the distribution and management of electrical energy. The collaborative work of the two is of great significance for improving the energy efficiency, safety, and reliability of the entire vehicle.
